Is there a charge to do business with The Darkins Group?

Not when you book speakers/entertainers. You pay the same as if you were to book the speakers directly. The speaker pays us a commission from their fee. We have other services we offer from event planning to public relations.

How do I know I’ll get a speaker that will match my event?

You will only be presented with qualified people who fit your criteria.

How do I go about booking a speaker or entertainer for my event?

Complete the questionnaire that will provide us with information about your event. This will assist us in providing you with a speaker/entertainer that will compliment your event. Once a speaker/entertainer is selected we will send you a contract. Once we receive the contract and deposit we will follow up with a phone call.

Will I be able to speak to the presenter/entertainer?

Depending on the event, it may be necessary for all parties to be involved in the event briefing.

What support will I receive from The Darkins Group once the choice is made?

We make sure plans and times lines are finalized and the objectives for the event are met.

Will the speaker sign books, give autographs or be available for VIP photo sessions?

In most cases they accommodate the client. However, in some cases such as professional athletes, they reserve the right to autographs by limit them. Theses types of requests must be discussed during contract preparation.

Do I have to arrange travel for the speaker?

Most of our speakers prefer to handle their own arrangements. If travel is necessary – it will be discussed.
